C2 – Import-Export Terms, Collections, Letters of Credit Online Training

This class covers the full range of payment terms and methods typically used by importers and exporters and is particularly useful to importers and exporters for negotiating payment terms, collections, and Letters of Credit with foreign trading partners.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 24.5 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 20 CCS/CES continuing education credits.

Important: Students should have access to the ICC Publication ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP600) available directly from the on-line ICC Bookstore (the leaflet version will do). The ICC publication ICC Uniform Rules for Collections, URC 522 is recommended but not necessary to course study.

For those who are already a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or a Certified Export Specialist (CES) registered with the NCBFAA, provide us with your CCS/CES ID number and you will automatically get continuing education credits upon the successful completion of a qualified course. To get your CE credits, follow these easy steps:
