This Incoterms 2020 import/export class addresses the basic steps required to conclude and fulfill transactions. The role Incoterms play in defining the responsibilities of the seller and buyer for respective shipping arrangements is addressed in detail, including; division of costs, the point when the risk of cargo loss and damage is passed from seller to buyer, and vice versa. This course also addresses the role of the freight forwarder in properly arranging shipments based on the trade terms.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 18.5 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 20 CCS/CES continuing education credits.

For those who are already a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or a Certified Export Specialist (CES) registered with the NCBFAA, provide us with your CCS/CES ID number and you will automatically get continuing education credits upon the successful completion of a qualified course.
