Consolidator Personnel CTPAT Security Training

S18u - CTPAT for Consolidator Personnel

JUST UPDATED! This class was updated 12/2019 in compliance with new CTPAT guidelines issued May 3, 2019.

This class covers the “Minimum Security Criteria” required for employees of transportation intermediaries, consolidators, freight forwarders and NVOs under the CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) program. It is designed to meet the CTPAT security training and threat awareness requirement for employees who must understand, perform and/or otherwise comply with operational-level security measures.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in about 2.5 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 7.5 CCS/CES continuing education credits.

Note: For more in-depth coverage including CTPAT benefits, application, certification, and validation requirements see S14u – CTPAT Security Training: Cargo Transport Managers & Supervisors.

This course can be used for both initial training and annual refresher training. Because CTPAT security measure implementation varies by company, this course provides general-purpose coverage of these topics only. For larger groups, we recommend customizing this training by supplementing with company-specific security policies and procedures. Please contact us for more information about customization.
