AF4u – Air Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Acceptance and Handling; Workplace Safety Online Training

This class trains air forwarder staff to perform import air cargo terminal work, including: cargo receiving, acceptance, storage, & labeling, container/pallet buildup and shipment to airlines and co-loaders, and safety in the workplace. It can be combined with other AF series courses for cross-training forwarder clerical staff in terminal operations.

Important: This course fulfills OSHA-mandated workplace and operational safety training requirements for cargo terminal workers (with the exception of forklift operator safety training). It does not fulfill government-mandated IAC cargo security training requirements (click here for air cargo security training options [insert link]) or government-mandated training for handling dangerous goods / hazmat (click here for dangerous goods / hazmat training options).

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 8 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 8 CCS/CES continuing education credits.

For those who are already a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or a Certified Export Specialist (CES) registered with the NCBFAA, provide us with your CCS/CES ID number and you will automatically get continuing education credits upon the successful completion of a qualified course. To get your CE credits, follow these easy steps:
