T30 – Air Cargo Transportation Online Training

This class goes into detail about what can and cannot be shipped by air, cargo requiring special handling, transit times, cost factors and substitute expedited ground freight options. It covers the air cargo operational environment, including trucking before and after air transportation, and value-added services that air freight forwarders can perform. It also goes into detail about how to prepare and use Air Waybills.

Once you finish this course, a printable Certificate of Completion will be available for download. The course can be completed in 16 hours or less and earns NCBFAA-registered students 16 CES continuing education credits.

Note: Although we recommend taking course T1u – Introduction to Cargo Transportation before this course, this is not a prerequisite for success in this course.

Need CE credits? Learn how to get credits added automatically
For those who are already a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or a Certified Export Specialist (CES) registered with the NCBFAA, provide us with your CCS/CES ID number and you will automatically get continuing education credits upon the successful completion of a qualified course. To get your CE credits, follow these easy steps:
